The working principle :
The working principle of the ultrasonic energy-concentrating transducer is similar to that of the cleaning transducer, but also by applying prestress to offset the expansion stress of piezoelectric ceramics to achieve large-amplitude ultrasonic vibration. Because the welding transducer requires a lot of instantaneous power, it has a high demand for materials and processes, and it is a high-power sonic super-energy device. Usually combined with the ultrasonic horn and the working head to form a high-power, large-amplitude vibration system to complete the ultrasonic welding of plastics, metals and other materials.

Ultrasonic welding is the ultrasonic vibration generated by the transducer, which generates high-frequency friction and heat generation on the surface of the welded object contacting the gap under pressure, so as to achieve the purpose of hot-melt welding.
