Ultrasonic Welding Transducer
The working principle :
The working principle of the ultrasonic energy-concentrating transducer is similar to that of the cleaning transducer, but also by applying prestress to offset the expansion stress of piezoelectric ceramics to achieve large-amplitude ultrasonic vibration. Because the welding transducer requires a lot of instantaneous power, it has a high demand for materials and processes, and it is a high-power sonic super-energy device.
